Will your email actually land?

Enter your domain. We grade the three records receivers check before they trust your mail, SPF, DMARC, and DKIM, and tell you exactly what to fix. No account, no email wall.

Deliverability, briefly

Why do my invoices land in spam?

Usually because your domain's email authentication is incomplete. Receivers check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to confirm a message really came from you. If those records are missing or misconfigured, legitimate mail looks suspicious and gets filtered. This tool grades all three and tells you what to change.

What are SPF, DKIM, and DMARC?

SPF lists which servers may send mail as your domain. DKIM adds a cryptographic signature that proves a message wasn't tampered with. DMARC ties the two together and tells receivers what to do when a message fails, and sends you reports. All three are DNS records you publish once.

Why can't the tool always find my DKIM record?

DKIM records live at a selector name (like google._domainkey.yourdomain) that only you or your email provider know, and it isn't discoverable from the domain alone. We check the most common selectors; if none match, that does not mean you have no DKIM. Enter your selector and we'll check it directly.

Is p=none good enough for DMARC?

No. p=none means DMARC is only monitoring: it reports failures but doesn't tell receivers to act on them, so it isn't protecting you yet. Start at p=none to watch your reports, then move to p=quarantine and finally p=reject once legitimate mail is passing.

This tool reads public DNS and is a quick check, not a full audit or legal advice.

Set your domain up once, then let InvoiceHound send from it, DKIM-aligned, with delivery proof on every reminder.
