• Send important account and service notifications

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. Your payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

Shareable Invoice Links

Each invoice has a payment page at a public web address (for example, invoicehound.io/pay/…) so your clients can view and pay it without creating an account. These links are not password-protected. The address is hard to guess, but it is not a secret: anyone who has the link can view that invoice, including any PDF you have uploaded to it. Share invoice links only with the people you intend to see them.

We Don't Sell Your Data

We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is yours, and we respect your privacy.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Export your data at any time (CSV, PDF, JSON)
• Update or correct your information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of promotional emails

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. When you delete your account, all of your data (invoices, clients, payment records, and any uploaded invoice PDFs) will be permanently removed from our systems.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal and regulatory compliance purposes for a limited period.

Uploaded Invoice Files

When you upload a PDF to an invoice, we store it so it can be shown on that invoice's payment page and attached to reminder emails. We delete a stored file when you replace it with a new one, when you delete the invoice it belongs to, and when you delete your account. Because these files can contain your clients' personal information, you are responsible for what you upload, including making sure you have the right to store it and to share it through InvoiceHound.

Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and provide core functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our platform.
